The Loop Trail Meadow at New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill was a former path that was destroyed through washout in heavy rain events. In order to prevent more erosion and sediment impacting the wetlands further downslope the path was relocated, and I installed a meadow directly into the degraded path surface after regrading. This meadow is now fully established, and we get no washout at all in 2025.
